The A32028-6 retention strap is used on 767-200 and -300 nose and main landing gear. The A32028-6 retention strap is also used on 767-400 nose landing gear. A32028 is used to secure the inner cylinders of the unpressurized MLG or NLG shock struts in a compressed position while hoisting or transporting the MLG and NLG. One A32028-6 retention strap is required for nose landing gear. Two A32028-6 retention straps are required for main landing gear.
