J49002-29 is used to transfer the auxiliary power unit (APU) to and from transportation equipment (with the utilization of a hoist) and for APU shop useage. The sling is also used to transfer the APU and J49006 cradle from the J49007 APU Dolly to a jack for on-aircraft removal and installation. J49002-29 is used on all 777 airplanes.
