C32050 is a used to lock the forward and aft lock links of the tail skid in the retracted or extended positions. C32050 is installed if maintenance is performed on or near the tail skid. C32050 may also be installed if aircraft dispatch is required with the tail skid locked in the retracted or extended positions. For flight, the Remove Before Flight warning streamer must be removed.
